MARCH 26, 2020 – To help fight quarantine doldrums, Lumedia Musicworks is announcing an Early Music Film Competition. The competition is generously sponsored by Patricia and Robert Brooks of Dallas, Texas, and designed to keep the creativity flowing and the community growing. First place winner will receive $250. Audience Choice Award Winner will receive $100.
All ages and skill levels are eligible to apply! Students are especially encouraged. Participants will film a story featuring one of two exclusive recordings made by Lumedia Musicworks (available for download on their website – www.LumediaMusicworks.com).
Equipment is not a barrier. You can make a great quality film at home and edit it using only your smartphone device. Film Director Eliza Smith offers tips and tricks for making your homemade video.
