Chase Collins (MLA candidate, Applied Music concentration) will be hosting a concert of early music at the Chapel of St. Basil on the campus of the University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX, on April 7, 2025, at 7:30 pm. This free concert will feature a unique ensemble of historical instruments, including recorders, crumhorn, viola da gamba, vielle, and the moraharpa. Experience the rich sounds of centuries-old instruments in the stunning acoustics of the chapel, and immerse yourself in the beauty of music from the medieval and Renaissance periods. Admission is free, and all are welcome to attend this unforgettable musical journey.
