GINA EICHMAN holds a Master of Music degree in Flute Performance from The Peabody Conservatory of Music where she studied with Robert Willoughby.
A graduate of Trinity University of San Antonio, Texas, Ms. Eichman completed part of her undergraduate study in Europe with Maxence Larrieu, Michel Debost and Kathy Chastain.
Her principal traverso teachers are François Lazarevitch, Chevalier de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres (Les Musiciens de Saint-Julien), Gwyn Roberts (Tempeste di Mare), and New York-based David Ross.
A member of the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra for 30 years, Ms. Eichman has had the opportunity to work with internationally-acclaimed artists such as James Ehnes, Marina Piccinini, Lynn Harrell, Leon Fleisher, Midori, Anne Akiko-Myers, Christopher Parkening and Noah Bendix-Bagley.
Ms. Eichman maintains a thriving flute studio in Ellicott City, Maryland, coaching some of the area's finest flute students in both solo and chamber music repertoire.
